In addition to her role as Executive Head of St Thomas of Canterbury, Mrs Keating works two days a week for St Francis Assisi Catholic Academy Trust focusing on Primary School Improvement. Mrs Keating has led St Thomas of Canterbury School for over twelve years. Mrs Keating is also Deputy Designated Senior Lead (DDSL) for Child Protection

Mrs Overett is the Assistant Head Teacher and Lead Teacher in Early Years and Key Stage One. In addition, to being the SENCO at St Thomas', Mrs Overett is the SEN Director for the Trust where she works one day per week. Her other roles are: Deputy Designated Senior Lead (DDSL) for Child Protection; Forest School Lead
